PAYMENT
We accept payments by Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard, and Apple Pay), Bank Transfers & E-Wallets.
Upon receiving your order, we carry out a standard pre-authorization check on your payment card to ensure there are sufficient funds to fulfil the transaction. The pre-authorization is completed once the order has been packed and is ready to be shipped. If the billing or shipping information are incorrect or incomplete, we will contact you to confirm them before your order is shipped.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Undefeated does not accept returns for refunds, credits, or exchanges. All sales are final. Please make sure that you have carefully reviewed your order prior to finalizing your purchase.
DEFECTIVE ITEMS
We stand behind the quality of our products. If you believe you’ve received a defective item, please notify us within 7 days from the date of purchase.
To submit a defect claim, email our Customer Service team at contact@undefeated.my with:
• Your order number
• Clear photos of the defect
• A short description of the issue
All defect claims are subject to assessment and approval. Items must be unworn, unused, and returned in original condition with original packaging and tags attached.
Claims raised after 7 days from the date of purchase will not be eligible for review.
Please note that normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, improper care, or natural material variations are not considered manufacturing defects.

SALE ITEMS & LIMITED RELEASES
All sale items and limited releases (including special drops and collaborations) are final sale.
Defect claims for these items must still be raised within the 7-day window and will be assessed strictly for manufacturing defects only. Exchanges, returns, or refunds will not be offered due to change of mind, sizing issues, or availability constraints.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Shipping is only within Malaysia.
Please allow up to 3 business days for order processing and verification, and an additional 5-10 business days for delivery.

Free shipping is not applicable during sales periods or promotions
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
An order confirmation email will be sent to you via email as soon as your order is placed. Once your order has shipped, a shipment confirmation email with tracking information will be sent to your email.
QUANTITY LIMITS
Due to the limited quantities of certain products, at this time we can only sell one style per specific products that apply.
